You may use the content of this site only for the purpose of shopping in this store or placing an order and for no other purpose. No materials from this site may be copied, reproduced, modified, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted or distributed in any form or by any means without our prior written permission. All promotional material linked to your team page or store is for use during your fundraiser only, all graphics, designs and elements are the property of Fan Club Athletics. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved. Any unauthorized use of the materials appearing on this site may violate copyright, trademark and other applicable laws and could result in criminal or civil penalties.
Multiple Product Orders
For multiple product orders, we will make every attempt to ship all items contained in that order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge will be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.
Returns
We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship. Fulfillment mistakes that may be made which result in the shipment of incorrect products to you will also be accepted for return.
Shipping
Fundraisers: We will ship your order within 14 business days of all participants approving their proofs.
Team Apparel Orders: Will ship within 5-7 business days unless personalized 7-10 business days
Non-Custom orders: will ship in 3-5 business days
Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by this site or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

Turn-around Time Disclaimer
Fan Club Athletics offers the development of the artwork in an ESTIMATED 2-3 Working Days, however the actual completion time frame is based on how many changes are made to your artwork. Production time begins once artwork is approved and payment has been made.
Fan Club Athletics is not responsible for any orders that are delayed due to supply chain issues, orders and proof aprovals not received by deadlines stated on team pages. Please note that due to volume orders can be delayed 21 or more days if deadlines are missed.
Corporate Sponsor Disclaimer
The use of a corporate sponsor name or logo in your artwork design is permitted with the understanding that Fan Club Athletics will not be held liable for any copyright or trademark infringement that may occur. The permission to use the corporate name or logo must be obtained by the consumer who is purchasing the artwork design and requesting the use of the said company's logo or name.
Artwork Rights Disclaimer
All artwork created by our art department is property of Fan Club Athletics. The fee for design creation (if there is one) is a service fee that covers the time and efforts of our art staff. The fee does NOT apply to ownership of the design. Fan Club Athletics reserves the right to display and share the design work as Fan Club Athletics deems fit. Any imagery supplied to us for and during the development of your design will also be included in the above mentioned design displaying and sharing. Artwork created by Fan Club Athletics is NOT available in Vector based format and is created only for in house use.
Color Disclaimer
Fan Club Athletics does not offer any guaranteed color matching. We have a set palette of colors that we use for the Full Dye process. We have spent many hours developing these colors to best match the majority of merchandise and product that is purchased with the dye sub garments. However we DO NOT guarantee that the colors on the shirts will match other manufacturer's products, the colors visible on your computer monitor of your artwork proof or previous season's shirts whether from Fan Club Athletics or an outside company. We offer NO REFUNDS for any issues where the above mentioned is the case.
